Randi’s career experience mostly centers around the growth and operations development of small, youth-centric businesses. She started on the ground floor at her previous employer and after organizing and facilitating explosive growth, was able to work her way up to a Gym Director position in which she opened and started the company’s second location, including organizing special events, budgeting the build-out, and employee management. This position required Randi to be able to reconcile the ‘big picture’ of running a business with understanding the importance of being highly detailed to ensure quality on all levels of customer service. She is very familiar with the challenges many small business owners face – from hiring quality staff to marketing efforts to just keeping the lights on. Small businesses need support and dependability and it is her goal to provide that to each of her clients.

Aside from that, Randi lives in Austin, TX with her cat, Odie (who’s the cutest and sweetest ever). She likes to spend time outside, preferably in or near a large body of water and loves traveling for live music.
