Virtual Assistant Jobs with Trusty Oak

It has been our experience that the biggest factor business owners consider in deciding to hire someone to support operational and administrative tasks of business all comes down to one important word:

TRUST.

When I founded Trusty Oak almost two years ago, it seemed that many business owners still did not know what “virtual assistant” even meant, much less how beneficial hiring a virtual assistant could be for growing a business. In 2017, virtual assistants are quickly becoming a commonplace contributor to the workforce, and their presence in a company can often be a sign of a progressive, savvy CEO who understands that delegation may be the key to taking his or her business to the next level.

But how does that Rockstar CEO find someone they can trust to represent the company with the same degree of professionalism and attention that they would provide themselves? Honestly, the typical answer is simply this:

They take someone else’s word for it.

It’s a Small World, After All

The world of local small business owners is actually pretty small, even in a highly populated area like Austin, TX. We trust those that we know, and when someone we know recommends a product or service, we tend to believe that it’s worth taking a closer look. Of course, on the other side of that, when someone makes even the slightest comment about a bad experience, we file it away without even being conscious of our negative mental note.

Because of that fact, every interaction with every client and every team member matters, and we are dedicated to providing business owners a better alternative to hiring another employee – not just because it serves companies better, but also because it provides a better quality of life for professionals who identify with more than their job. Our virtual assistants love helping ambitious entrepreneurs, but they also enjoy the freedom that comes with working remotely. Achieving their dreams becomes even more attainable when they are not tied to a position that requires commuting daily or being locked into a strict schedule.

Virtual Assistant Jobs

A growing number of small business owners are recognizing how hiring a virtual assistant can change the trajectory of their business within just a few months. As a result, virtual assistant jobs are in high demand, and it’s our dream to make Trusty Oak the best virtual assistant company to work for in the United States. We work towards that goal by creating structure and providing a collaborative environment to help our team take advantage of free training to add to their skillset and keep them up-to-date on the most effective marketing practices. We track down the best virtual assistants in the business and deliver on our promise to bring a higher level of service for busy entrepreneurs and creative teams. We aren’t in this just to break out of the “9 to 5” cycle – that’s certainly a big perk that comes along with it but at the end of the day, what we get excited about is whatever makes a positive impact for our clients.

Are you a project manager, social media manager, executive assistant, or office manager who can align with these values? If so, we want to hear from you

We are looking for three special people to join our team as part-time virtual assistants by July 1st.

**Edit May 19, 2019 – We are hiring often–please feel free to submit your application and be among the first to know about new job openings!
