The right support starts with the right process.
Our approach is intentional. We learn about your business, create a Strategic Delegation Plan, and match you with vetted, US-based fractional talent so you get the support you truly need.
1. Begin with a 30-minute discovery call
We clarify your goals, your bottlenecks, and whether fractional support is the right solution. It's a conversation designed to bring clarity, not pressure.
2. Get your Strategic Delegation Plan
When you're ready to move forward, you'll purchase a $300 onboarding session. Our Client Success Manager will dig deeper into your goals and workflows, then create a personalized Strategic Delegation Plan outlining what to delegate and the mix of fractional talent you need.
Already know what kind of support you're looking for?
Great! Your Strategic Delegation Plan will simply confirm it and ensure you get matched with the right person.
3. Be matched with the right fractional talent
With your plan in place, we pair you with the right mix of vetted, US-based Executives, Specialists, and EAs to start working on taking your business to the next level and support your goals.
4. Begin working with your fractional team
Your team starts with the priorities outlined in your plan, building clarity, structure, and momentum as they learn your business. Your Client Success Manager stays connected to ensure alignment and a smooth experience.
5. Adapt as your business evolves
Your needs will change, and your fractional team adapts with you. Scale your budget up or down, shift focus between strategy and execution, or bring in different specialists as priorities evolve. Your Client Success Manager helps you adjust your plan and talent mix to match where your business is headed.

FAQs
That's great - many clients come in with a clear idea of what they need. Your Strategic Delegation Plan simply confirms the role is the best fit and ensures we match you with the right person the first time.
It depends on the mix of support you need. A $1,000 Talent Budget might cover around 25 hours of EA support, 12-13 hours of Specialist work, or 8 hours of Executive-level strategy - or a combination of all three. Your Strategic Delegation Plan outlines the mix that makes the most sense for your goals.
You'll receive a weekly report summarizing the work completed, how much of your Talent Budget has been used, and how much remains. This keeps you informed and ensures there are never any surprises.
Our network includes Executives (COO/CMO-level), Specialists (marketing, sales, operations, automation, creative, etc.), and Executive Assistants. That means we can support everything from high-level strategy to targeted expertise to day-to-day execution.
Executives may also identify additional needs or recommend systems and workflows, and our EAs are trained to recognize when a task should be handed off to a Specialist - ensuring you always get the right level of support.
Yes. Many clients benefit from a mix of an Executive for strategy, Specialists for targeted work, and an EA for day-to-day operations. Your monthly Talent Budget can be used across all levels.
Your agreement rolls into a simple month-to-month plan. You can scale your Talent Budget up or down as your needs evolve, with a quick notice period.
Most clients are matched shortly after their Strategic Delegation Plan is completed and approved. Matching timelines vary based on your needs and talent availability, but our process is designed to be thoughtful - not rushed - to ensure the right fit.
Yes. While we encourage clients to use their full budget each month, unused hours roll over so you never lose what you don't use.
You pay $300 for onboarding and your Strategic Delegation Plan. After that, your monthly Talent Budget (minimum $1,000) is billed at the start of each month and used across Executive, Specialist, and EA work. You can adjust your budget as needed.
You can increase your Talent Budget at any time, as long as talent is available. Light overages (up to $100) are automatically deducted from the next month's budget with your approval.
Yes - existing clients can use their Talent Budget for FRPs or purchase additional projects as needed.
You're welcome to mention preferences, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Our matching process ensures your final team is aligned with your goals and communication style.
