How do I know if a virtual assistant can help my business?
We specialize in helping entrepreneurs delegate to virtual assistants for the first time. If you’re not sure if a VA is right for you, you can always request to talk to our client success team. Our unique process allows you to identify where you need help and match you with your ideal virtual assistant.
How often will I be billed?
For your Growth Starter Pack, you’ll pay upfront for 30 hours. After you’ve used your 30 hours, subscribe to a monthly plan to continue working with your virtual assistant. Your subscription will be billed monthly on the same day each month.
Can I start a subscription instead of a Growth Starter Pack?
All of our clients start with a Growth Starter Pack (GSP). The GSP is packed full of value and is every client’s personalized onboarding experience. Our client success team works hard during a client’s GSP to build a lasting partnership for growth.. The GSP gives us all the data we need to make the subscription a great experience.
Is there a contract?
No. If you decide to cancel your Trusty Oak Growth Starter Pack within your first 90 days, you may receive a refund for 50% of the total value of hours remaining. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time with a written request.
What is the difference between the Growth Starter Plan and the subscription plans?
A Growth Starter Pack (GSP) is designed to support you in learning to work with your VA and determine how much time you need on an ongoing basis. After the GSP ends, we recommend a monthly subscription plan. Monthly plans automatically subscribe you to a number of hours based on your needs.
How will I know what my virtual assistant is doing for me?
Your virtual assistant will be providing weekly status updates so you always know what is in progress and what tasks have been completed. These updates will include your timesheet to show time used versus time purchased and will include detailed notes about each time entry.
What can I expect from my Client Success Coordinator?
Your Client Success Coordinator comes with the deal and is a free resource to help you get the most out of your experience with your VA(s). Your CSC is your on-call delegation expert and your biggest fan: they’ll be around to coach you every step of the way. Our CSCs also can recommend additional VAs for you as you grow.
Do I have to train my virtual assistant?
Your virtual assistant already has expertise and experience with best practices and tools of the trade, however, you will need to train your VA on your unique business processes and preferences. Every partnership requires communication and collaboration to succeed, and your CSC will be there to support you from the start.
What is Cloverleaf and why is it included?
We use Cloverleaf.me coaching software to provide you and your VA a tool to help you get to know each other better and faster. Learn more about how we use this tool on our blog.
What if I don’t use my 30 hours in my Growth Starter Pack?
Unused hours will expire 90 days after your start date and any remaining hours from your GSP can roll over into a subscription as long as you subscribe before the expiration date. If you do not subscribe to a plan after your GSP ends, unused hours will expire. If you decide to cancel within your first 90 days, you may receive a refund for 50% of the total value of hours remaining.
How do monthly subscription plans work?
When you subscribe following your onboarding period, you’ll be able to choose the plan that fits your needs best. Each month your plan renews automatically on the same day you signed up with a fresh set of hours for your VA to complete tasks. You always have the option to add additional hours each month if you need extra work done before your subscription renews again. Hours do not rollover month-to-month and expire as soon as your next renewal hits.
What if I need to pause or cancel my subscription?
We know life happens, and sometimes it’s unpredictable. Subscribed clients can temporarily pause their subscription for a maximum of 30 days with no fee or penalty. Clients can also cancel subscriptions at any time with 10 days written notice. If you find your subscription isn’t the right amount of hours for your needs, you can modify your subscription at any time with your Client Success Coordinator’s help.
