At Trusty Oak, we exist to help other businesses keep growing. We also want to reward those who help us keep growing. Our referral program offers a simple compensation incentive for bringing new clients to Trusty Oak.
Earn $500 per referral
Referrers can earn an unlimited number of $500 rewards for each successful referral that purchases more than $2,000 in services from Trusty Oak.
How it works

Refer a potential client
Refer a potential client to Trusty Oak and let us know about it.
Note: We try to ask all clients how they heard about us in case you forget to tell us or they forget to bring it up.

Client makes purchases
Once the client makes their first purchase, their $2k aggregate balance starts being accounted for.

Get your reward
Once they make a purchase that pushes their aggregate spend over $2k, we will issue a $500 payment to either the business or individual who referred the client to us.
Purchase examples
Qualified Purchase
- Client pays $300 onboarding fee
- Client signs up with a $1,000/month talent budget
- Client continues for a second month at $1,000
- Total aggregate spend: $2,300 > $2,000
Disqualified Purchase
- Client pays $300 onboarding fee
- Client signs up with a $1,000/month talent budget
- Client cancels before their second month
- Total aggregate spend: $1,300 < $2,000
Program terms

Referral must be a new client to Trusty Oak (no reactivations).

The referrer must be identified/recorded within 10 business days of the client's first purchase.

Referrals can come from anyone other than internal employees (including existing clients, former clients, non-clients, Fractional Talent/VAs).

Referral fees are issued within 10 business days of the qualifying purchase.

There is no limit to the number of referrals you can be rewarded for.
