2) Get started with a Growth Starter Pack
Your Growth Starter Pack (GSP) includes strategy sessions with your appointed Client Success Manager, access to delegation training, and 30 VA hours to start. VA matching and onboarding begins once you purchase your GSP.
3) Meet your CSM and get matched
Your CSM helps you build your delegation strategy and matches you with VAs based on your needs. Matching takes an average of 15 days and is done by humans — not algorithms — to create partnerships that work for everyone involved. After your CSM makes the right match, you can meet your VA before choosing to move forward with the partnership.
4) Start delegating with support
Support from your CSM makes it easier to begin working with your VA. Your CSM can coach you through best practices to onboard and train your VA, so that you build a strong relationship from the start. You’ll have regular check-ins to review how it’s going, work on delegation, and learn how to make your partnership even better.

Can I skip the Growth Starter Pack and start with a subscription?
All clients start with a Growth Starter Pack (GSP) to ensure you have sufficient time to onboard and build a strong relationship with your VA. It also helps us establish a baseline for the amount of support you need, so we can determine the best monthly subscription plan for you.
What if I don’t use my 30 hours in my Growth Starter Pack?
Unused hours expire after 90 days, but they roll over if you subscribe to a plan before the expiration date. If you decide to cancel within your first 90 days, you may receive a refund for 50% of the total value of hours remaining.
How do monthly subscription plans work?
Your plan renews each month on the same day with your set amount of hours. Your CSM helps you choose the right plan based on your needs, but you always have the option to add hours during a busy month.
Is there a contract?
You will never be locked into a long-term commitment with us. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time with 10 days written notice.
Will I need to train my virtual assistant?
Our VAs have experience with a variety of tasks, but they’ll need to learn your unique business processes and preferences. The most successful clients spend the first 30 days focused on getting to know their VA and laying the groundwork for a successful partnership.
How can I see what my VA is working on?
Our VAs share weekly status updates so you always know what’s in progress and what’s been completed. Your timesheets also show time used versus time purchased and details about each time entry.
Can I pause or change my subscription?
We understand life is unpredictable. You can always change your monthly subscription or pause it for 30 days with no fee or penalty.
