After three years in this high-energy space, she craved more creativity and a new challenge in marketing. This led her to one of the top meal delivery programs in the United States, where she successfully grew their ambassador marketing division while also planning impactful events and email marketing initiatives. Continuing her career in the wellness industry, Kelsey successfully supported athletic apparel brands, supplement companies, sustainable retail brands, and more. Most recently, as a full-time consultant, she has been helping brands streamline their marketing processes, leading to more efficient and effective campaigns.

In her free time, Kelsey immerses herself in the natural beauty of the Finger Lakes region in upstate New York with her husband and two husky puppies. Whether hiking scenic trails, gardening, foraging for wild ingredients, or whipping up plant-based recipes in her kitchen, she loves connecting with nature. As a 200-hour trained yoga instructor and certified holistic health coach, Kelsey is also dedicated to helping her community reach their wellness goals, blending her passion for health and fitness with her love for serving others.
