About Amanda

Amanda considers herself fortunate to have started her professional career early as a bookkeeper over 15 years ago. Through the lens of accounting, she witnessed the highs and lows of doing business from non-profits to large businesses. During those early years she developed a heart for small businesses, realizing that she was born to be a helper, to come alongside the entrepreneur to bring their goals to fruition.

Amanda graduated from Polk State College, earning a degree in Business Administration, and simultaneously obtained her state accounting certification through Traviss Tech College. During her 10 year tenure with a telecom engineering firm, she was responsible for onboarding new clients and there she began her love for small business in navigating the unique challenges they faced. While working with those clients, Amanda’s attention to detail and eye for efficiency spearheaded the opportunity to optimize their growing processes. From that experience, she has made an art out of redefining the standard operating procedure. Amanda’s goal with any client is to equip them with the tools and services they need to manage more efficiently and grow to their fullest potential, on their terms.

Amanda is a lifelong learner, also having earned degrees in Theological Studies and Alternative Medicine. She teaches ‘Kidding Around Yoga’, a child yoga practice that focuses on developing mindfulness and healthy coping skills. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys all the outdoor activities being a native Floridian provides. Alongside a lifelong friend, Amanda manages an eco tourism group that provides educational kayak and hiking trips to the various spots in Florida. Amanda has a blue tick hound named Boone who sleeps most of the day and is Amanda’s biggest fan.
