- Changes to your plan including upgrading, downgrading, pausing, or canceling must be requested at least 10 days prior to your billing date or they will be applied to the next billing cycle.
- You may temporarily suspend or pause your account at any time for a maximum period of 30 days with at least a 10 day written notice prior to the billing date. Billing will automatically resume again on the next billing date.
- If you need to cancel your account for more than 30 days, you may request this with at least a 10 day written notice.
- To restore your service an additional $99 reactivation fee will be required, and although we will make every effort to keep you working with your previously assigned dedicated VA, we cannot guarantee that your VA will still be available.
- Unused hours do not roll over so choose a plan that fits your needs. Our CSCs and VAs will work together to help you use the hours you have purchased.
- When canceling or pausing, refunds will not be issued for unused hours and expiration dates on hours still apply.
