About Jennifer

Jennifer has an entrepreneurial spirit, and loves researching and learning new things. She enjoyed her work in Program & Project Coordination, where her organization and attention to detail aided her in moving up the ladder quickly.

Although she was successful in her career, she longed for the creative and time freedom that go along with business ownership. In 2018, Jennifer lost her job to a corporate restructure. Instead of going job hunting, she saw it as an opportunity to go after a long time dream and work on building her own business. Virtual assistance was the perfect extension to utilize her vast experience … and she’s never looked back!

Jennifer is very comfortable with technology and loves figuring out complex solutions to tackle problems across business workflows and automation. She is very methodical in her work, and so, is naturally great at owning and managing processes and tracking projects and key deliverables. She loves working with small businesses and takes great pride in being a part of their success and growth. She enjoys working at Trusty Oak because she is able to do meaningful work on her own terms with the support of an entire team backing her up.

When Jennifer isn’t working or taking courses to expand her knowledge, you’ll find her at the beach or out on the lake in her family’s boat. She lives in Michigan and will take any opportunity to get out of the cold and into a warm, tropical destination. She also enjoys spoiling her adorable Ragdoll kitty, Ocean, whose beautiful blue eyes remind her of her favorite place to be.
