“I am and always will be the optimist, the hoper of far-flung hopes and the dreamer of improbable dreams.” – The 11th Doctor.
Thanh Thanh combines both her Communication degree from the University of Texas and her southern hospitality to collaborate with clients.
She finds joy in bridging the gap between people and their goals by offering her administrative and creative work experiences. From data management to customer service support to graphic design, she sets out to help clients balance their workload.
She has worked in leadership positions at places such as escape room venues to call centers for medical appliances. Regardless of the task, she brings forward a “people first” mentality. This brings her closer to understanding her clients’ needs and preferences, whether it be with updating websites, databases, or visual content. As a proud daughter of first-generation immigrants, she knows the importance of pairing empathy with clear communication. She is a firm believer in advocating for strong customer service based in those traits.
Thanh Thanh is a Texas native where everything is bigger, including her penchant for playing Dungeons and Dragons and marathoning Netflix shows. She continues her passion for language learning to make everyday life accessible to everybody. Currently, she can speak Vietnamese and Mandarin Chinese, and has a foundation in American Sign Language and Korean.
