Larissa graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 2011 and a Master’s degree in business from Texas Woman’s University. She has over 10 years in client-facing roles and management. Larissa loves to be around people and work with others. She believes that teamwork makes the dream work and anything can be accomplished if you set your mind to it.
Larissa started her career in healthcare doing clinical documentation improvement, before moving to client relations and working directly with fortune 100 healthcare companies. Larissa discovered she had a knack for keeping clients satisfied and really liked helping her company retain their clients and relationships. She has been working in Client Relations or Customer success ever since. It is safe to say Larissa is customer obsessed!
She has a vast array of experience beyond healthcare. She has also been in customer success for tech start-ups for five years. She gained experience in SEO and online relationship management along with extensive knowledge of real estate. Larissa is also great at data management, working with CRM software, real estate contact and transaction management, email/calendar organization, working with different software systems, and providing all-around skillful work. She pays attention to detail while promptly completing tasks. She believes communication is the key to success.
Larissa is a true Texan at heart and you can find her soaking up the sun whenever she can. Nothing makes her happier than a good book outside by the water. She lives in Dallas with her husband Chris and three dogs Dallas, Thor, and Lily.
