Sara has a Master’s degree in Art History, Methods and Theory, and more than a decade of experience in content creation, administration, and fundraising for non-profit museums, galleries, NGOs, and educational institutions. In the true spirit of arts and non-profit professionals, Sara is adept at wearing many hats, frequently serving several organizations at once while also freelance writing for a range of websites and publications.
Sara’s most recent position as Grants Manager for a non-profit health clinic allowed her to accelerate her fundraising, grant writing, CRM/database management, and content marketing experience. In 18 months, she stewarded over $900,000 in funds and related projects while pursuing an additional $400,000 in state, federal, corporate, and private funding.
Sara lives with her husband and two Shiba Inus in an old log home they are currently learning to renovate, where she enjoys silversmithing and producing ambient music during her downtime.
