With over 15 years in administrative roles, including five as a virtual assistant, Jenn Doyle is a seasoned professional dedicated to streamlining and organizing her clients’ tasks. Her strong foundation in customer service, coupled with a passion for continuous learning, drives her to explore new tools and methods, ensuring efficiency in every project. Jenn’s expertise extends to social media, and she is currently studying marketing and copywriting, making her a well-rounded “stage manager” who keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
In addition to her administrative and tech skills, Jenn brings valuable experience as a travel agent. She holds degrees in English and Creative Writing and actively stays up-to-date with the latest tools and technology through ongoing courses. When not working, Jenn enjoys reading, baking, and indulging in her summer favorite—ice cream. Her adaptability and dedication make her an indispensable asset to any team.

Why did you choose to be a VA and why does this lifestyle work for you?
I love working from home and with my mobility issues I don’t have to worry about weather. I also love the flexibility to travel and help my family members.

Describe your favorite place to work from.
I love my home office. I have everything I need close by.
What is your top program/app that makes your life easier as a VA?
Communication tools including Slack and Voxer make it easy to communicate with my clients
What hobbies or interests do you enjoy?
I am an avid reader, I love to bake and travel also.
Describe your perfect day off.
My perfect day off includes lots of coffee, a good book and a great meal.
