Texas born and raised, Chelsea began her professional career in Austin as a Technology Recruiter, where she worked with local Fortune 500s to identify and fill technology hiring needs. She ran the entire sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding process for all of her candidates. She was offered the opportunity to join two Fortune 500 companies as a Program Manager, where she built and ran multiple IT programs including Technology Workshops, Onboarding, Software Engineering Boot Camps, Consulting Services, and more.
Her most recent passion has been helping small businesses get started and grow. She enjoys working with business owners to eliminate their most frustrating pain points and work towards their biggest dreams. She focuses on taking tasks off the plates of business owners so that they can focus on what they need and want to. Together, she helps bring small businesses to their next level, while documenting processes to streamline for their inevitable future growth.
Her passions are people, exploring, and thrifting. She has dreams of owning a house on the beach one day. Her creative outlet is a small side business, where she makes and sells crafts using a variety of materials including leather, macramé, wood, and concrete. She helps her husband run his Financial Coaching business, and is always looking for opportunities to learn new things.
