Sarah Olson

PHR, Virtual Assistant

With Trusty Oak Since October 2018

Sarah has extensive experience assisting small businesses to create an HR department from scratch. Her strengths are creating documents and processes to increase productivity. For her client that means organizing email and calendars to boost efficiency and reduce redundancy, utilizing Trello for task delegation and quick communication and offering a professional and confidential experience. Her favorite part is collaborating with the client to find the best way to meet their unique needs.

Sarah has a BA in Sociology and started her HR career in retail management. She obtained a Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification in 2014. After receiving excellent corporate training from a Fortune 500 company, Sarah found that she most enjoys working with small businesses who greatly benefit from the addition of an HR business partner to their team.

Sarah resides in Texas with her husband and daughter. She lives on 5 acres in the country and spends much of her free time outdoors with the chickens, garden, orchard and lots and lots of grass to be mowed.
